All of the Investment Funds included on this website are experienced investor funds and each complies with the requirements of the Isle of Man Financial Supervision (Experienced Investor Fund) (Exemption) Order 1999, as amended (the “Order”). Shares in any of the Funds are only available to persons whom the Administrator considers to be sufficiently experienced to understand the risks associated with an investment in any of the Funds and who are willing to invest more than a minimum specified amount. The value of Shares in any of the Funds and the income produced by each of them (where applicable) can fall as well as rise. Investors may not get back the value of their original investment.
Isle of Man Experienced Investor Funds’ Memorandum and Articles of Association and Offering Memorandum are required to be approved by the Funds’ Administrator who are licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission but are not subject to any form of regulation or approval by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission. Investors are not protected by any Isle of Man statutory compensation arrangements in the event of the failure of any of the Funds. The Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission does not vouch for the financial soundness of any of the Funds or for the correctness of any statements made or opinions expressed with regard to any of them.
Before making an investment in any of the Funds you should carefully consider in advance of your application the Fund Particulars and take note in particular of the investment policy and the risk factors relating thereto. Your application shall be made solely on the terms of each of the individual Fund Particulars as set out in the related Offering Memorandum and subject to the Funds’ Memorandum and Articles of Association, as appropriate.
