Equityone Global Fund of Property Funds
Equityone’s Global Fund of Property Funds is being designed to provide a diversified exposure to exchange traded property securities and private real estate investments globally.
Potential investments will be selected on the basis that they represent good value on a relative pricing basis and provide an attractive risk-adjusted return. Listed property securities will be used to tactically re-weight the portfolio and provide a liquidity base to the Fund. The Fund’s objective is to deliver an internal rate of return of between 10-15% p.a. and an income distribution of between 5 and 6% p.a. net of set-up costs and operational expenses but before performance fees. The Fund’s gearing strategy is not to exceed a maximum of 70% of GAV of the aggregated target funds. The Fund is targeting initial equity commitments of USD 100 million.
