Equityone Asia Fund of Property Funds
Equityone’s Asia Fund of Property Funds is being designed to provide a diversified exposure to exchange traded property securities and private real estate investments throughout Asia.
Potential investments will be selected on the basis that they represent good value on a relative pricing basis and provide an attractive risk-adjusted return. Listed property securities will be used to tactically re-weight the portfolio and provide a liquidity base to the Fund. The Fund’s benchmark target is an internal rate of return of between 12 and 18% and is anticipated to include a income distribution anticipated between 4 and 6% p.a. net of set-up costs and operational expenses but before performance fees. The Fund is targeting equity commitments of USD 100 million with anticipated leverage at between 60-70% of the aggregated GAV of the targeted funds.
