Established in 2000 as a financial consulting firm, Equityone has experience in establishing financial infrastructures for clients across Australasia, the Middle East, India, Europe, USA and South Africa. In 2003 we combined our experience in consulting, property investment and property development to focus our business as a specialised property investment origination and investment management firm. Our first investment product was launched in September 2003.
Since 2003 our highly satisfactory investment performance and the growing demand for access to international property funds by institutions and private investors streamlined our strategy and was the basis for the growth of our business. In 2006 we expanded our operations to the UK. We have made substantial progress in our strategy of extending our institutional relationships and our product offering to meet client needs in an increasingly international market.
We will continue our strategic development by delivering innovative products that meet institutional and private investors’ requirements in terms of risk adjusted returns, sector allocation, geographic diversification and appropriate legal structuring.
